Reconnect to nature and your wild soul through deep nature connection, embodiment, ceremony and ritual

a weekend workshop inviting you to explore your connection to the wild - both inner and outer

held in the beautiful thora valley, gumbaynggirr Country - home to an abundance of wildlife, mountains, forests, creeks and rivers

For those who:

  • Hear the ‘wild calling’ and wish to explore what it means to them

  • Feel a sense of disconnection to self and the natural world

  • Question the ‘cultural norms’ and what’s portrayed on the news

  • Yearn to break free from systems, structures and social conditioning

  • Feel tired or depleted trying to ‘keep up’ in our modern world

  • Yearn to slow down and listen to the wisdom that lies within

  • Seek like-minded souls and a sense of community

  • Want to reawaken their sense of awe, wonder and curiosity

We’ll explore:

  • What’s calling you back into the wild (it’s unique for everyone)

  • How to come back into your body and trust your innate wisdom

  • The art of deep listening and how to activate the ‘indigenous mind’

  • How to work in a way that honours and respects our Indigenous people

  • What separates us from nature and the effect this has on the Earth

  • The art of sit spots, animal forms, tracking and bird language

  • How to awaken the senses and open the gateways to nature

  • Why we’re drawn to certain landscapes and fear others

  • How to lean into our ‘edges’ and trust in the unknown

  • How to draw on ancestral wisdom to navigate our current climate

‘A precious opportunity to slow down and listen deeply to the web of life. Lara share’s generously and creates a safe place in which to explore the wilderness both within and around you’

What to expect:

Wild Calling is a 1-2 day workshop that offers space to switch off, slow down and come home to your true nature.

Come for a day or spend the weekend and fully immerse yourself in deep nature connection, embodiment, ceremony and ritual.

This workshop is part 1 of a 3-part rewilding series which explores our connection to nature and our wild, primal self.

It marks the beginning of a journey, where we learn the skills and gather the resources needed for part 2 - a solo quest in wild nature!

Note - If a solo quest has been on your radar, I highly encourage you to attend this workshop first!

Day 1:

On the first day, we explore what a ‘wild calling’ means to us individually and as a collective.

We begin to attune to nature through sensory awareness, animal forms, bird language, sit spots and tracking.

And we explore how nature supports the nervous system - increasing our capacity to deal with the demands of this world.

During the day, you'll be given opportunities to spend time in the places that call to you – the forest, creeks, mountains or rivers.

Those who choose to stay for the weekend are invited to bring a tent or swag and camp on the land.

Day 2:

The second day will begin early with a sacred ceremony at dawn – and for the brave ones, a swim in the river!

This day is dedicated to exploration – an opportunity to deepen your practices and reflect on what's been calling you.

You'll be guided to create your own ceremony and rituals which honour your connection to nature and your wild self.

And you'll be invited to sit in sacred circle and be held and witnessed in sharing your experiences.

Whether you come for 1 day or 2, you can be guaranteed to go home with a deeper connection to your self and the natural world!
