For those who:

  • Hear the ‘wild calling’ and wish to explore what it means to them

  • Feel a sense of disconnection to self and the natural world

  • Question the ‘cultural norms’ and what’s portrayed on the news

  • Yearn to break free from systems, structures and social conditioning

  • Feel tired or depleted trying to ‘keep up’ in this modern world

  • Yearn to slow down and listen to the wisdom that lies within

  • Seek like-minded souls and a sense of community

  • Want to reawaken their sense of awe, wonder and curiosity

We’ll explore:

  • What is a ‘wild calling’ and why we’re being called back to the wild?

  • How to come back into our bodies and trust our innate wisdom

  • The art of deep listening and how to activate the ‘Indigenous mind’

  • How to work in a way that honours and respects our Indigenous peoples

  • What separates us from nature and the ripple effect this has on the land

  • How to awaken our senses and open the gateways to the natural world

  • The art of sit spots, animal forms, tracking and bird language

  • Why we’re drawn (or called to) particular landscapes

What to expect:

Wild Calling is a 1-2 day workshop that offers space to slow down, disconnect from technology and come home to your true nature.

You’re invited to come for a day or spend the weekend and fully immerse yourself in deep nature connection, embodiment, ceremony and ritual.

This workshop is the perfect entry point to my work - and Part 1 of my ‘Rewilding Series’ (Part 2 being a 24 hour wilderness quest).

Day 1:

On the first day, we’ll explore what a ‘wild calling’ means to us (individually and collectively) - and why so many are hearing the call of the wild!

We’ll begin to attune to nature through sensory awareness, animal forms, bird language, sit spots and tracking.

And we explore how nature supports our nervous system - increasing our capacity to deal with the demands of the world.

During the day, you'll have opportunities to spend time in the places that call to you – the forest, mountains, creeks or rivers.

Those who choose to stay for the weekend are invited to bring a tent or swag and camp on the land.

Day 2:

The second day will begin early with a sacred ceremony at dawn – and for the brave ones, a swim in the river!

This day is dedicated to exploration – an opportunity to deepen your practices and reflect on your relationship with nature.

You'll be guided to create your own ceremony and rituals which honour your connection to nature and your wild self.

You'll also be invited to sit in sacred circle, and be held and witnessed in sharing your experiences.

Whether you come for 1 day or 2, you can be guaranteed to go home with a deeper connection to your self and the natural world!

  • Small group mentoring in deep nature connection (maximum 8 participants)

  • All resources / materials required for practices, ceremonies and rituals

  • Time and space to explore the land, go for a swim, and immerse yourself in wild nature
